A full bottle of dish soap was observed in an unlocked cabinet accessible to children. Laundry Room has a broken lock and is accessible by children. Laundry room is located at the end one of the bathrooms used by children. Jantorial supplies to include a electrical upright floor cleaner divice, was observed in the corner of the hall way and other jantorial equipent partically blocking the back fire exit.
